1. Go to the Nielsen LEGO Survey website (related link 1 below).
2. You will be prompted to enter in a 4 or 6-digit product code from your last LEGO purchase.
3. This product code can be found on the front of the LEGO box below the suggested age indication or on the side of the LEGO box below the logo or on the front page of the instructions enclosed in the packaging. Enter the code.
4. Click on the button marked "Begin Survey".
5. Answer each question about your feelings and thoughts about your LEGO product. If you are under the age of 13, ask your parents to help you complete the survey.
