If you move your mobile number to Sprint during the period from May 4, 2011 to October 1, 2011, you can register for your service credit within three days since the port-in activation date. Everyone who has purchased and activated a new line of service online, in a participating Sprint store or via telesales can enjoy the benefits.
You may get a $125 service credit per line for each smartphone, notebook, tablet, mobile broadband device and netbook, or a $50 service credit per line for feature phones and Sprint Phone Connect. Your service credit will be seen as a lump sum in the section of adjustment summary of your invoice. With the label “Valued Customer Service Credit”, the service credit will come into effect on the 61th day since the port-in activation and your registration. Thus, you need to keep the ported line active for 61 days.
